Ty K. Wyman
For 30 years, Ty Wyman has helped clients caught up in Oregon’s arcane land use system. Using his background in the law, Ty typically guides property owners and builders who have a project at risk of being derailed. He has plenty of experience at contested hearings before state and local panels, but generally works to find common ground between government agencies and clients so projects can move forward without dispute.
I’m trying to chart a course that avoids the pitfalls and entanglements of the land use system.
Over the past 12 years, Ty has gained particular experience working for one of the country’s five Class I railroads. This has broadened his experience, particularly in working with tribal governments.
Within Dunn Carney, Ty is a member of Dunn Carney’s Real Estate and Land Use Team, and Agriculture and Natural Resources Team. Ty’s personal interests (now that his kids have grown) run to baseball (as part of Red Sox Nation) and board games.
