Caulin M. Price

Partner

Caulin is a partner in Dunn Carney’s real estate and corporate practice groups. Caulin has experience drafting a variety of general real estate and commercial documents, including purchase and sale agreements, lease agreements, trust deeds, promissory notes, and operating agreements. Caulin also has extensive experience assisting with renewable energy leasing for energy developers and individual and institutional landowners. Caulin’s real estate practice also includes assisting with timberlands and agricultural real property acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing.

Caulin was an associate with Stoel Rives LLP in Portland before returning to Dunn Carney where he was a summer associate and an associate. He was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Rives Kistler of the Oregon Supreme Court and to the Honorable Jolie Russo of the U.S District Court of Oregon. Caulin worked on an intensive care unit in Salt Lake City, Utah, as a health unit coordinator before going to law school.

Outside of work, Caulin enjoys golfing, listening to podcasts, and eating the great food that Portland has to offer.
