Jillian Pollock

Of Counsel

Jillian Pollock is a member of the firm’s Employment Practice Group with broad experience in all aspects of employment law. Jillian concentrates her legal practice on counseling and advising employers on best workplace practices and policies, trainings, investigations, and resolving workplace disputes. Jillian routinely advises employers on employment agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and non-competition agreements.

Jillian has significant experience representing employers in civil litigation in state and federal courts and in administrative proceedings before the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission and the Oregon Bureau of Labor and Industries, including defending employers against lawsuits alleging breach of contract, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, non-payment of wages, and other claims arising under state and federal statutes.

Jillian’s practice also includes representing clients in state and federal appellate courts.
