Brian Talcott is a litigation partner at Dunn Carney, where he has practiced for nearly three decades. For most of that time, Brian has served as the firm’s lead appellate attorney, participating in more than 75 appeals in the state and federal appellate courts. He also practices extensively in the trial courts, typically handling complex litigation matters in a variety of practice areas including legal malpractice defense, product liability defense, commercial litigation and insurance coverage. Brian has regularly been recognized by Super Lawyers for his appellate work and by Best Lawyers in the areas of appellate and insurance litigation, including as 2021’s “Lawyer of the Year” for insurance litigation.
