John S. Wisiackas

Associate Attorney

John S. Wisiackas approaches the practice of law with a commitment to professionalism and providing clients with valuable insight no matter what legal issue they are facing. John focuses his representation on general business law, including entity formation, corporate governance, executive compensation and day-to-day business matters, as well as the sale and acquisition of private companies in various industries. John also works in real estate law, mostly with respect to negotiating commercial leases and assisting in the acquisition and divestiture of real property.

Prior to being at Dunn Carney, John practiced healthcare law and represented a variety of medical providers, with an emphasis on the representation of toxicology laboratories. While practicing healthcare law, John specialized in both transactional work and litigation. In addition to his work in medical practice acquisitions and general business matters, John practiced in regulatory compliance, private insurer and government payor audits, overpayment appeals, and complex litigation, often involving government payors and national insurance companies.

John is a graduate of the Emory University School of Law, with honors, and the University of Virginia, where he received a Bachelor of Arts in Economics.
