Jared Kleber

Attorney Jared Kleber helps businesses navigate formation, transactions, corporate governance, intellectual property and tax-related matters, with particular experience in mergers and acquisitions and trademark law.

Before joining Dunn Carney, Jared practiced in the corporate group of a midsize, full-service law firm in Salem. He advised clients in the healthcare, construction and agriculture industries on mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance and a range of other business transactions. Jared also served on the firm’s trademark practice, handling trademark research, applications and enforcement matters.

Before becoming an attorney, Jared worked in the film, video game and service industries. That experience gives him a practical understanding of the operational and creative considerations businesses face and informs his approach to helping clients protect their ideas and pursue their goals.

Jared earned his J.D. from the University of Oregon School of Law in 2024. While in law school, he served as a trademark customer outreach extern with the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office. He earned his B.S. in Television, Film and New Media Production from San Diego State University in 2016.

Outside the office, Jared enjoys rock climbing and bouldering, attending live music and minor league baseball games, and playing card games with friends and family.
