Robert L. Allen
Retired
Robert Allen practiced law in Oregon from 1965 until his retirement in 2020. He specialized in corporate law and complex litigation, with particular emphasis on business proprietary rights, unfair competition, and shareholder disputes; agriculture, natural resources and water law rights; all aspects of complex commercial litigation; and advocacy for businesses in legislation and government relations. He served as Managing Partner of Dunn Carney from 1994-2011 and was rated by Super Lawyers.
