Natalie C. Stack
Natalie Stack joined Dunn Carney in 2017 as a member of the Litigation, Business, and Estate Planning and Administration Teams. With the Business Team, she assists clients with entity formation, advises businesses on regulatory issues and intellectual property protection, and drafts and edits contracts. With the Litigation Team, Natalie performs research and prepares memoranda, and assists with discovery, motion practice, alternate dispute resolution, and trials for litigation relating to commercial disputes, insurance defense, and employment matters. With the Estate Planning and Administration Team, she assists with drafting estate planning documents, and researches matters relating to trust interpretation, modification, and reformation.
While attending Lewis & Clark Law School, Natalie clerked with Portland-area litigation law firms and served as Executive Editor of the Lewis & Clark Law Review, as well as President of the International Law Society. As an undergraduate, she also served as an intern for Legal Aid of Marin in San Rafael, California, performing client intake and case management for Spanish-speaking clients. She is fluent in Spanish.
Natalie has lived much of her life in the Pacific Northwest and, in her free time, enjoys boating, snow sports, wine tasting throughout the Willamette Valley, and exploring Portland’s amazing culinary scene. She lives in Portland with her husband and their Boston Terriers.
