Michael T. Suh

Roberta Henderson, Assistant

Michael Suh is an emerging member of Dunn Carney’s Litigation Team and has proven to be a key component in resolving complex commercial disputes. As a commercial litigation attorney, Michael’s practice focuses on employment, personal injury and real estate disputes.

Michael is driven by results but takes the time to understand the unique challenges that each client faces in order to properly advocate on their behalf. Each case takes on a life of its own. As a result, Michael prioritizes the relationship with the client and values the client’s input at all stages of litigation.

Before joining Dunn Carney in Portland, Michael worked as a Dunn Carney Summer Associate while earning his J.D. at the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle. During law school, Michael was elected to serve as The Vice President of The Moot Court Honor Board after winning his school’s 1L appellate advocacy competition. Michael’s advocacy skills were recognized when he was selected to represent the University of Washington at the prestigious Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition. Michael also advanced his advocacy experience by participating in the Tulalip Tribal Clinic as a student lawyer and as an extern at the King County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office.

Outside of the office, Michael enjoys playing sports and using his new air fryer.
