Marjorie A. Elken
Margie is a seasoned business attorney with over 15 years of experience delivering exceptional legal counsel to business owners. Her practice includes advising companies, both small and large, through every stage of their business life cycles.
Margie regularly advises on formation, negotiation of contracts and leases, buy-sell and shareholder agreements, federal and state regulatory compliance, financing transactions and business exit strategies. She has worked both in and with local government and the insurance industry – two entities that businesses often have to face.
