Kimberly K. Tellin

Kim Tellin is an experienced corporate and real estate attorney whose expertise includes business and commercial real estate transactions, commercial leases, general corporate law and contracts. She is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Business Groups, and provides support to the Trusts and Estate Practice Group.
In real estate, Kim’s practice focuses on commercial real property transactions, from purchase agreements through closing. Kim uses her strong case management and organizational skills to deal with a wide variety of challenges to achieve successful closings. She handles all aspects of closing issues, including title report review and working through various title issues with title and escrow officers, preparation of closing documents, entity authorizations, review of closing statements, and more. She enjoys working with teams of attorneys and paralegals at the firm to achieve successful results for clients. She also assists with preparation of commercial leases and amendments and related issues.
In business transactions, Kim handles a wide variety of documentation for sales and acquisitions, including preparation of asset purchase agreements and stock/membership purchase agreements, from letter of intent through closing, including preparation of disclosure schedules and all closing documents. She also works on entity formations and preparation of governing documents, resolutions, transfers of ownership documentation, and other matters of day-to-day entity maintenance.
In addition to her business and commercial real property practice, Kim also spent several years working with trusts and estates, which experience she uses to assist with trust and probate administrations, particularly those with real property or business assets and issues.
Kim is a native Oregonian with long family ties to the state. Her family has 3 generations of Oregon State University alumni. Go Beavs! Outside of the office, Kim can be found enjoying her family and the beautiful PNW, and playing USTA team tennis.
