Francesca Garcia is a paralegal with Dunn Carney’s Real Estate team. She has more than 25 years’ experience assisting attorneys in a range of top law firms with corporate, business and litigation matters.
Francesca has developed extensive experience working on corporate and real estate transactions as well as tenant-in-common, construction, condemnation, environmental and land use cases.
She has worked with as many as 36 tenant-in-common owners per case, gathering extensive documents in multiple formats from across the country for discovery.
She serves as corporate paralegal for more than 150 entities and files articles of incorporation as well as annual reports in Oregon, Washington, Nevada and multiple other states.
In litigation, Francesca has handled intake and management, subpoenas, releases and discovery, complex chronologies, key document tracking and trial prep for high volume cases in Oregon, Washington and Federal Courts.
