David J. Buono

Retired Partner

David Buono had more than 45 years of experience in business, commercial and construction law, as well as probate and estate planning/wills and trusts.

David had admission to practice before the U.S. Federal Court, the U.S. Court of Appeals, the U.S. District Court of Oregon, the U.S. Tax Court and the U.S. Court of Federal Claims. In 2018, David was honored as a 50-year member of the Oregon State Bar, before retiring from Dunn Carney in 2019.

David represented clients in business transactions, acquisitions and sales, business formation and organization, private and public construction law including construction liens and bond claims, and drafting of construction and other business agreements, real estate sales, and finance transactions. He also worked with clients on estate planning/wills and trusts, and probate administration.

Previously, David was a partner at Lindstedt & Buono P.C. and Buono & Block P.C. where his practice focused on business, commercial, construction, real estate, employment, and estate planning and probate administration.
