Ashlee M. Espaillat
Ashlee M. Espaillat is a partner in Dunn Carney’s Business and Real Estate Teams, focusing on a number of aspects of transactional, corporate, renewable energy, and real estate law. She is a trusted adviser to international and domestic executive management based on her practical commercial orientation and understanding of cross-cultural business relationships.
Ashlee offers sophisticated advice to a broad spectrum of start-up to medium sized business clients as well as international corporate clients, and enjoys assisting clients working in project-based industries varying from the wind, solar, and commercial real estate project development industries, to the manufacturing, transportation, and construction industries. She provides expertise in matters throughout a business’ life cycle, including establishment and revision general contract terms and conditions, corporate leasing and real estate purchase, master supply and service agreements, corporate governance, mergers, acquisitions and dispositions, financings and investments, and other general business and real estate transactions.
After beginning her law career at large firms in San Francisco, California, Ashlee took a position in Madrid, Spain as a global transaction negotiation lead for the Mediterranean division global wind turbine manufacturer. She spent four years in Spain before moving back to the US and joining Dunn Carney.
When not in the office, Ashlee is likely spending time with her Spanish husband or chasing after their daughter in their southeast Portland neighborhood, camping, or exploring all of the good food and wine greater Portland has on offer.
