Ashlee M. Espaillat

Angelique McCann, Assistant

Ashlee Espaillat joined Dunn Carney in 2015 as a member of the firm’s Business Team. She is an experienced commercial transactions attorney and trusted adviser to international and domestic executive management, with expertise in negotiation, contract drafting and cross-cultural business relations.

Ashlee enjoys maintaining a general business practice, and is happiest when she has a variety of types of transactions on her desk at once. She has experience dealing with matters ranging from supermarket and manufacturing acquisitions to commercial real estate purchase and lease agreements. Her broad experience continues to help sharpen her skills to identify the pertinent issues in the varying transactions she works on.

After beginning her law career in San Francisco, Ashlee took a position in Madrid, Spain as a global transaction negotiation lead for the Mediterranean division global wind turbine manufacturer. She spent four years in Spain before moving to Oregon in 2014 and she’s still getting used to the rain.

When not in the office, Ashlee is likely spending time with her Spanish husband working on the remodel of their home or out exploring all of the good food and wine Portland has on offer.
