Anne D. Foster

Anne Foster is a well known Portland trial lawyer. She protects her clients’ interests and avoids protracted litigation. Anne specializes in complicated business disputes, sticky employment situations, and catastrophic injury and abuse claims. She has successfully tried to verdict well over 50 cases in Oregon and Washington for both plaintiffs and defendants. Law firm attorneys consistently rely on Anne’s trial expertise and extensive knowledge when preparing for trial.

Anne gets results while providing personal attention to each of her clients. With every case, she takes the time to learn her client’s story, and dives deep when gathering details about their case. Her clients are the most important members of the trial team and share control and ownership throughout the litigation process.

Anne serves on the law firm’s Executive Committee. She also helped to found and lead the law firm’s task forces dedicated to implementing practical solutions for increasing diversity and equity throughout the law firm (IDEA Squad) and retaining, advancing and training all lawyers at the firm (RAT Patrol). In addition, Anne is the leader of two Dunn Carney teams the Healthcare Industry Team and Team People (plaintiff trial team).

When not practicing as a trial lawyer, Anne enjoys spending time with her two girls – both of whom are wholly unimpressed with their mom’s trial skills.
