Ty K. Wyman, Partner

Ty Wyman has spent the past 20 years representing clients caught up in Oregon’s unique land use system.  His practice (“about half law and half politics,” as he describes it) includes presenting applications to city and county hearing bodies for all types of entitlement (e.g. permits, plan amendments, Urban Growth Boundary (UGB) expansions). He regularly briefs and argues cases before Oregon’s Land Use Board of Appeals.  He has particular experience in issues related to railroad operations.

Ty is a frequent contributor to Dunn Carney Natural Resources Updates.  He is also a member of Dunn Carney’s Real Estate and Land Use team and Agriculture & Natural Resources team.
