Robert L. Allen, Senior Counsel

Robert Allen has practiced law in Portland since 1965. He specializes in corporate law and complex business litigation, with particular emphasis on business proprietary rights, unfair competition, and shareholder disputes; agriculture, natural resources and water law rights; all aspects of complex commercial litigation; and advocacy for businesses in legislation and government relations. Bob’s experience spans a variety of industries, including small and large business operations, corporate governance, and global supply chain management/sales. He served as Managing Partner of Dunn Carney 1994-2011 and is rated by Super Lawyers.
