Katherine Acosta joined Dunn Carney in 2016 as a member of the Litigation Team after graduating from Lewis & Clark Law School. During law school Katherine was an extern for the Hon. Ann Aiken, Chief Judge for the U.S. District Court for the District of Oregon, served as a Managing Editor for the Environmental Law journal, and represented Lewis & Clark as a member of the Negotiation Moot Court regional team.
Before attending law school, Katherine received a Master’s degree in sociology from Northeastern University and worked as a professional fundraiser for nonprofit organizations.
Katherine is a native of the Pacific Northwest and, in her free time, enjoys running, traveling, snowboarding, and baking for friends and family.
