Elizabeth C. Knight, Partner

Elizabeth Knight is a Partner with the firm and has extensive experience litigating in state and federal court. Her practice focuses on commercial litigation, trust and estate disputes, legal malpractice defense, and agriculture-related litigation.  Elizabeth also frequently serves as local counsel for out-of-state attorneys and clients.  Her past experience includes litigating commercial disputes at Davis Wright Tremaine LLP in Portland, and, before law school, managing environmental and cumulative injury claims for Travelers Insurance in Denver.

Elizabeth is Dunn Carney’s Hiring Partner, and previously managed the firm’s charitable giving and pro bono programs. She is the President of the Board of Directors for the Campaign for Equal Justice and of the firm’s private foundation, Dunn Carney Cares.
