Attorney Openings

Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP is seeking an intellectual property attorney with at least 5 years of experience.  The successful candidate will have extensive experience with technology agreements, licensing, and other IP issues, as well as experience handling corporate and transactional matters.  A portable book of business is preferred and admission to the Oregon State Bar is required.

STAFF Openings

Dunn Carney is seeking an IT Manager with at least 7-10 years of experience.  The successful candidate will communicate with all the levels of the Firm and have a hands-on approach and team leader responsibility for IT functionality.  Must have extensive knowledge of business applications, networking, systems security, software & hardware environments and the ability to provide user support.

Manage firm-wide information security program in compliance with applicable security policies and standards.  Experience monitoring, detecting and addressing system security issues is required.

Responsible for budgeting, long range technology planning, and day to day technology operations, including IT staff management.  Experience managing technology vendor agreements and licensing is preferred.  Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is preferred.

Paralegals at Dunn Carney are key participants in our business and litigation practice. From trial preparation to entity formation to probate administration, paralegals play an important role in providing high-quality and cost-effective services to our clients.
