Dunn Carney LLP is seeking a versatile litigation associate with 4-5 years of experience handling complex civil litigation including cases involving commercial (business, corporate, and real estate), products liability, construction defect, trust and estate, employment, and personal and catastrophic injury and wrongful death claims. This position involves all phases of state and federal litigation including client intake and case evaluation, drafting pleadings and discovery, managing files including client communications, and handling hearings, depositions, mediations/judicial settlement conferences, arbitrations, and trials. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a group of accomplished litigation attorneys.
