Scott has over 24 years of litigation experience. He focuses on complex civil and commercial litigation, business litigation and employment litigation. He has served as first chair trial counsel in numerous state and federal cases. Scott maintains a pragmatic and yet aggressive representation on behalf of all his clients. 

In 2006, Oregon Super Lawyers recognized Scott as a Super Lawyer in Business Litigation.  This recognition is based on peer review.  Only five percent of the total lawyers in Oregon are  listed in Super Lawyers.
