| Marsha Murray-Lusby, Partner Marsha is a partner at Dunn Carney whose practice emphasizes estate planning and administration. Her practice includes the preparation of wills and trusts, including the specialized areas of planning for handicapped individuals and charitable giving; the administration of all types of trusts; the administration of probate estates; preparation of estate and gift tax returns; and post-mortem planning particularly involving tax, disclaimer, and environmental issues.
