Antony K. Sayess, Associate

Tony, an attorney with 5 years of experience, joins the firm as an associate and will focus on business, commercial, and tax law for closely-held businesses.

Tony received his law degree from the University of Virginia in 2002 and his advanced degree in tax law from New York University in 2007.  Prior to joining Dunn Carney, Tony worked for an international law firm in New York City for 3 years and for a regional law firm in Vancouver, Washington for 2 years.  His practice is primarily focused on facilitating business and commercial transactions for closely-held businesses, including formation, operational matters, and ownership/asset transfers, and providing advice as to the tax structuring and consequences of business transactions.  Tony’s experience has uniquely prepared him to advise closely-held business clients on their various legal needs.  Tony is licensed to practice law in Oregon, Washington, and New York.
