Kelly J. Martin, Associate

Kelly Martin is an associate in the Dunn Carney Corporate Counsel, Closely Held Business and Labor & Employment Law teams.  In addition to her general business practice, Kelly works with clients on all aspects of state and federal employment law, including the defense of workplace discrimination and harassment, wrongful termination and wage and hour claims.  She also advises employers on a wide range of personnel issues, including those relating to family/medical leaves and immigration issues, together with the creation and maintenance of preventative policies and procedures designed to avoid claims and lawsuits.  Kelly also assists clients in drafting employment agreements in settings where non-competition, non-solicitation or confidentiality restrictions are appropriate.

Prior to law school, Kelly worked in the high-tech sector in project management and product marketing. In her spare time, she enjoys running, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
