Donald E. Templeton, Partner
Don is a litigation partner, having joined the firm in 1986, after practicing in the state of Washington. His civil practice emphasizes complex and federal litigation, insurance coverage, bad faith/excess liability, products liability, professional liability, personal injury, and commercial litigation.
In 2006 and 2007, his peers recognized Don as an Oregon Super Lawyer in Insurance Coverage. Don also serves as Litigation Practice Leader for the firm and is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee.
