William R. Joseph, Partner

Bill Joseph is a member of the firm’s Litigation Team, as well as its Construction and Design Team. He has extensive experience litigating and trying various types of business and civil disputes, including construction, real estate, lien, products liability, contract, employment and tort cases. Bill is also experienced in handling corporate, intellectual property and real estate transactional matters. The Daily Journal of Commerce’s Focus on Law featured Bill in July 2011. In 2010, Bill was honored as Associate of the  Year by the Home Builders Association of Metropolitan Portland.  In 2008 and 2009, Bill was selected for inclusion as a Rising Star in the area of construction law by Oregon Super Lawyers.

In addition to his regular law practice, Bill is a registered lobbyist, and is using his experience and contacts to remain active in state and local politics.

Previously, Bill was an associate with Mitchell Lang and Smith in Portland where his practice focused on construction, real estate, business, employment and products liability litigation, as well as transactional work.
