Kelly A. Struhs, Of Counsel

Kelly Struhs is Of Counsel with the firm and her practice focuses on commercial real estate transactions. During her 10 years of practice, Kelly has represented buyers, sellers, developers and borrowers in transactions involving shopping centers, office buildings, industrial, and multi-family properties. She has extensive experience in handling multimillion dollar transactions involving the acquisition, development, financing, leasing, asset management, and disposition of real estate. She also handles dispute resolutions and other legal and business issues faced by real estate companies.

Before joining Dunn Carney, Kelly worked for Pacific Realty Associates (aka PacTrust), Davis Wright Tremaine and Stoll Berne in Portland. Kelly’s experience as the former in house Real Estate Counsel of PacTrust allows her to provide more effective representation because she understands the business realities facing her clients.  As a result, she offers practical, efficient and creative solutions to real estate owners and developers.

Kelly served on the Board of Directors for Camp Fire Columbia, a community based nonprofit organization located in Portland, Oregon (serving eight counties in Oregon and SW Washington) with a mission to build caring confident youth and future leaders. Kelly has also been involved in a number of local pro bono committees and projects and was awarded the Michael C. Haglund Pro Bono Award. She is currently involved with local chapters of Commercial Association of Realtors, Commercial Real Estate Women, and Urban Land Institute, along with Multnomah Bar Association and Oregon Women Lawyers.  In her spare time, Kelly is enjoys traveling, concerts, and spending time with friends and family.
