Don Templeton is a partner at Dunn Carney, and is leader of the litigation practice section. Don has a diverse litigation practice, including over two decades of experience in the areas of insurance coverage, professional liability, product liability, insurance defense, and business litigation. Don has successfully tried to verdict numerous cases in the state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington. In addition to his extensive trial experience, Don has successfully resolved numerous disputes through arbitration and mediation.
In 2006-2010, Oregon Super Lawyers recognized Don as a Super Lawyer in Insurance Coverage. Don is also on the firm’s Executive Committee.
