Daniel J. Drazan, Partner

Dan Drazan advises clients in a wide range of real estate transactions and on general business matters. His practice focuses on acquiring, selling, developing, financing, and leasing all types of real property, including shopping centers, industrial parks, office buildings, multifamily housing, and hospitality properties. He is also a frequent speaker on real estate topics, including commercial lease negotiation, drafting, and enforcement, and for several of the last few years Dan was selected for inclusion as a Rising Star in the area of Real Estate law by Oregon Super Lawyers magazine.  Dan is a member of the Real Estate and Land Use Group and leader of the Hospitality Industry team at Dunn Carney.
