Blair is a civil litigator specializing in insurance defense and construction defect litigation. Blair comes to Dunn Carney with three years experience defending builders and developers in construction defect matters. At Dunn Carney she adds commercial liability, professional malpractice, and personal injury defense to her areas of practice.
Blair received her undergraduate degree from Bradley University in Peoria, IL and then headed west. Blair graduated in 2008 from Lewis & Clark Law School where she participated in moot court and served on the editorial board for Animal Law Review. During law school, Blair also clerked for two years at the Marion County District Attorney’s Office where she managed a diverse misdemeanor caseload and assisted deputy district attorneys in complex felony cases. Blair spends her free time playing kickball and softball, exploring Portland’s restaurant scene, spending time with family, friends, and her two dogs, and passionately rooting for the Iowa Hawkeyes.
