Damon’s practice focuses on construction related matters, primarily defense of contractors and other professionals in construction defect disputes. Damon is a member of the firm’s Construction, Insurance Defense, and Condominium teams. 
 

Previously, Damon was an associate at Vial Fotheringham in Portland where he practiced condominium and homeowner association law, non-profit corporate law, and agricultural law.

In his free time Damon enjoys spending time with his family and working on industrial arts projects.  Damon is also a Reserve Deputy with the Clackamas County Sheriff’s Office.
