Sindy Maher’s practice focuses primarily on real estate law. She assists buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, developers, lenders, and borrowers with acquisitions, sales, exchanges, development, financing, and leasing of residential and commercial property. She also works with real property owners to form new construction condominiums, conversion condominiums, and planned unit developments.

 

Sindy is a Portland native and a graduate of Lewis & Clark Law School, where she was a law review editor. Before law school, Sindy was elected Phi Beta Kappa at Santa Clara University and graduated in the top 1% of her class. Prior to law school, Sindy worked in both residential and commercial property management.
