Timothy B. Hering, Associate
Tim Hering is a member of the firm’s Real Estate and Construction Law teams. He has litigated a wide array of real estate matters ranging from boundary line disputes and CC&R enforcement between neighbors to complex, multi-million dollar contract actions. Tim regularly advises landlords and property managers regarding leasing issues, particularly lease enforcement. He also assists clients with general business disputes and debt collection, including lien foreclosures, and he is member of the firm’s White Collar Criminal Defense group.
Tim is a part-time bike commuter and in his free time enjoys writing, taking walks with his wife and daughter, reminiscing about Alabama barbeque, and spending time with friends. He also enjoys traveling and has been to forty-nine states (plus Guam and Puerto Rico) but, sadly, never to Rhode Island.
