Don Templeton has an extensive and diverse trial and litigation practice, including professional liability, product liability, insurance defense, insurance coverage, and business litigation.  He has successfully tried to verdict numerous cases in the state and federal courts in Oregon and Washington.  In addition to his extensive trial experience, Don has successfully resolved numerous disputes through arbitration and mediation.

In 2006-2009 Oregon Super Lawyers recognized Don as a Super Lawyer in Insurance Coverage.  Don serves as the Litigation Practice Leader for the firm, and is also on the firm’s Executive Committee.
