Brian R. Talcott, Partner
Dunn Carney Allen Higgins & Tongue LLP
Brian Talcott is a partner in Dunn Carney's Litigation Practice Group. He is the firm's primary appellate attorney, and has served as lead appellate counsel on over thirty appeals in the state and federal appellate courts. Brian also specializes in insurance coverage and recovery and serves as the leader of Dunn Carney's Insurance Coverage team. He also represents clients in other types of complex civil litigation.
Brian was selected for inclusion in 2009 Oregon Super Lawyers in Appellate.
