Portland, Ore. – Dunn Carney is pleased to announce that Marsha Murray-Lusby was elected Chair of the Executive Committee of the Estate Planning and Administration Section of the Oregon State Bar for 2013. One of the roles of this committee is to recommend new state laws in Estate Planning and Administration or suggest changes to the laws.
Marsha was selected by her peers for inclusion in Best Lawyers in America 2013 in the field of Trusts and Estates. In 2012, Marsha was selected for inclusion in Oregon Super Lawyers in Estate Planning. In 2011 and 2012, Marsha was named to the Five Star Professional List in Estate Planning in the Portland Area. She is also a member of Portland Estate Planning Council and a frequent lecturer on trust and estate topics.
