New Workplace Posting Requirement On Hold

A few weeks ago we notified subscribers to our E-News that a new National Labor Relations Board (“NLRB”) workplace posting rule would be going into effect on April 30, 2012. Today, a federal court in Washington, D.C. put that rule on hold for now by entering a temporary injunction. The NLRB has issued a statement indicating that it will not implement the posting rule pending resolution of the issues before the court.

For the time being employers are not required to display the NLRB poster.
