This course is designed to help project managers understand the basics of risk management and insurance necessary to effectively manage construction projects. PMs are responsible for minimizing and controlling the various exposures and risks inherent on every construction project and are often the first line of defense in avoiding or resolving claims and issues. PMs need the right skills to keep jobs well managed and profitable. This course encompasses many risk management elements in AGC’s project manager development program.
