Portland, Ore. – Dunn Carney is pleased to announce that Christopher L. Parnell and Jeffrey S. Perry have joined the firm as Of Counsel. Chris’ practice focuses on bankruptcy and creditors’ rights. He has extensive experience representing creditors, trustees and business debtors on a wide range of bankruptcy and insolvency issues. Jeff joins Dunn Carney to practice tax and corporate law. With an advanced law degree in taxation and over 13 years of experience, Jeff works closely with his clients to provide knowledgeable and practical solutions to their business and tax objectives.
Chris has a J.D. from Lewis & Clark Law School and a B.A. in English from University of Virginia. Jeff has an LL.M. from University of Washington School of Law, a J.D. from Willamette University College of Law and a B.S. from the University of Oregon.
